No artist is pleased. There is no satisfaction at anytime.
There is only a queer, divine dissatisfaction,
a blessed unrest keeps us marching and makes us more alive than others.

quick one. more cause i feel i should write than i have anything amazing to say.

new images up on site. anyone care? doubt it. still not one hit. i'll put together a banner ad soon and see if i can draw anyone into my nightmare (the water's warm).

av's won last night. yipee skipee. i had places to be and old friends to see but i was waylaid by inertia and just watched hockey.

HeroMan, Rudie, eRoommate, CD and I watched hockey. as soon as it was over we started channel surfing, looking for riot coverage. it was kind of frightening how bloodthirsty we were.

interview with bourque? boring! find more riots.

it was kind of interesting to watch the way different stations showed the same thing. some stations were very critical of the rioters, other critical of the cops (too much tear gas! what gives? we were just rioting!). the local fox affiliate was incredibly alarmist. big shock.

overall the riots seemed pretty tame this year, though we only riot-surfed for about an hour.

then HeroMan, Rudie and i watched Miller's Crossing. what an amazing frickin' movie. great quotes from that.

"you's fancy-pants all of you's."

what more can you say than that?
